The room decor was perfect and very updated. The views and the location were quite lovely! I also appreciated that Daniel, the concierge , was knowledgeable and very helpful.

I found that there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. I paid extra for hot water and a teabag one night. I also had issues with my bank card and the amount was taken out in two lots.

The room included a sofa and end tables. I found several different lighting options that created relaxing zones throughout the space. the plush robes were especially appreciated!!!

the room was very neat and spacious. the location provided easy access to popular attractions like times square. i found the bed very comfortable with clean linens, which i REALLY appreciated.

the hotel lacked a coffee maker in the room. i had to request one, and refills for coffee and cups were not provided. this was a inconvenience.

large room convenient location comfortable beds theater proximity

i found the room to be larger than most i have encountered. we chose a room with two beds. the location is also great. it is an easy walk to the theaters yet away from the craziness.

I noted the front desk service can be inconsistent. Some staff members seemed rude while others were helpful and friendly.
